Sunita takes you on a journey of beauty and inspiration with the Tuscany landscape providing a backdrop for creativity, harp music, and camaraderie.

You'll explore the countryside, visit vineyards, and walk on ancient streets. Harp workshops, private lessons and concerts will inspire and motivate your performance to new heights.

* This tour is open for harpists and non-harpists. Please note that
to come on this tour you must be able to walk unaided for at least 30 minutes.

Day 1 - Florence

You'll arrive at Florence airport and take a bus or taxi to the Palazzo Martellini Residenza d’Epoca for afternoon checkin.

Late afternoon wine & cheese welcome reception to meet other participants, and review the itinerary.

Day 2 - Florence

After breakfast there will be a two-hour walking tour of Florence with a focus on beauty.

Lunch will be at the
Gustarium, the #1 rated pizzeria in the city.

The afternoon is yours, to relax and get over jetlag, or explore museums or other sites on your own.

Day 3 - Wine Tour
- Harp Concert

After breakfast, we'll travel by minibus to  Castello di Albola, near Radda in Chianti. There will be a guided tour of the vineyards, the ancient Borgo and the historic cellars followed by a classic tasting of 4 estate wines paired with typical Tuscan dishes prepared by the Chef.

En route to our villa, we will stop at a local shop and deli to buy supplies for meals at the villa.

Evening concert at the villa by Shahnaz,  a local harper and expert on early Celtic music.

Day 4 - Villa la Strega

Breakfast in the villa at our leisure.

Morning workshop with historic harps. Shahnaz will bring several historic harps to try!

Lunch in the villa.

Afternoon cooking class by a local chef, preparing our sunset evening dinner.

Evening House Concert with Sunita. All are invited to contribute poetry, song and harp music.

Day 5 - Harp Workshops
- Villages Tour

Breakfast in the villa, enjoy the pool and take walks.

Morning harp workshops led by Sunita.
12 noon - 6pm Minibus tour with guide through the ‘crete senesi’ near Val d’Orcia and visit to the historic villages of Pienza and Montepulciano.
Lunch in Pienza, a 15th century town and the capital of pecorino cheese.

Than a a short journey by bus to the village of Montepulciano, famous for wine, beautiful city center and breathtaking views of the countryside.

Tuscan dinner prepared by Letizia in the villa.

Day 6 - Harp Workshops
Montalcino Festival
Hot Springs

After breakfast there will be Harp workshops led by Sunita. Then by minibus to Montalcino for the village festival ‘Sagra del Tordo’.
Lunch from festival food stands
Visit to Sant’Ana where Jacquline, our local harpist has sung in the ancient chapel. Then we'll have an opportunity to soak in the hot springs of Terme di Petriolo.

Dinner in Pari, the town of a local harp player, Jacqueline. A small, typical Tuscan village where we can rub shoulders and share some wine with locals.

Day 7 - Siena

In the morning there will be more harp workshops with Sunita and private lessons. After lunch at the villa we'll go to Sienna for an off the beaten track walking tour inspired by beauty. There will be time for espresso and gelato.

Dinner at Siena's world class restaurant La Certosa di Maggiano.

Day 8 - Departure

After breakfast, our bus will drive us to the Florence Airport and drop people off in the city if their flight is later in the day.
